Our unique personal profiling assessments form the foundation and once the stress related areas have been identified, you will have access to our free 24 hour email support service, Monday-Friday, for the first 3 months.
Remember that stress is not just confined to the workplace and isn't only present Monday to Friday. Stress for many people is something that can occur at any time of the day or night, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have seen many cases where personal stress and workplace stress combine to give a very unhealthy balance and the problems often go round in circles until something gives.
