Wellbeing Academy

The Wellbeing Academy provides courses for people wishing to become stress management consultants and coaches. On completion, attendees will receive a Diploma in Wellbeing and Managing Stress from the Academy. In addition, the Academy will encourage new start up practitioners to imagine what their business model will look and feel like and how they will take their services to market. Sales, marketing and business development advice will also be available on demand, together with ongoing support and guidance.

The courses will range from 3-5 days in length, depending on which module you prefer. They are open to anyone regardless of experience or occupational expertise and will also appeal to those facing redundancy or looking for a change in career direction.

All the material used during the courses will be available for you to use under licence as part of the package. A complete Business in a Box. The courses will be run every other month and the numbers of attendees will be restricted in order to manage the effectiveness of the programme.

Each new business will also receive an annual Business Health Check as part of the licencing arrangements. In addition, each licensee will be eligible to join the Wellbeing Academy Club which will run a number of events throughout the year for the benefit of its members.

In addition, our 5 Week Stress Management Coaching and Mentoring Programme provides foundation level education into the world of managing your own personal stress. A blend of small group coaching sessions, together with task and goal setting during the programme, makes this a great start point for those wishing to jump on the ladder at the bottom.
